Had an issue with the elevator dinging so loudly and although they could not turn it down due to the way its built they at least tried. Very helpful. My knees thank you

This is a fantastic company! Vertical Options is an elevator company that does both service and modernizations of elevators in the Spokane WA area.

The technicians always provide outstanding customer service. The quality of work from Vertical Options is amazing! They believe in their product and stand behind it. I highly recommend them for any and all elevator or stairlift needs. The office staff is always so friendly and courteous. Oh, and they have no voice mail, so you will ALWAYS get a live person to speak with

Customer care is top notch with Vertical Options!

I have used them for a number of years and ALWAYS receive incredible service, friendly, knowledgable staff and quick turn around. Don’t know what we would have done without Vertical Options as the chair we had from another company was poorly made and installed. Vertical Options worked tirelessly to fix it and communicate with that manufacture. The chair works great, now. What a relief. Wish we had had them install the chair in the first place
