Keely Friesen, CEO

Keely spent several years in the insurance industry while attending college. She graduated from Whitworth University with a Master’s degree in the field of education. She was offered a position working for the State of Washington in the Office of Financial Management, overseeing industrial insurance claims. After eight years with the State of Washington, she was inspired to start an honest and trustworthy elevator business. With her diverse business expertise and the assistance of her staff, she manages the day-to-day responsibilities of the business as well as directing the Vertical Options Apprenticeship Program. She brings enthusiasm to work every day. As a mother of three, Keely enjoys spending time with her family and  the violin.

Wade Friesen, President

Prior to entering the elevator industry, Wade was an automotive mechanic from the age of 18. This experience prepared him for the technical challenges of the elevator industry when he began working for the major elevator companies. During his elevator repair and construction experience, Wade traveled all over the Northwest. Today, he enjoys providing excellent customer service and always goes the extra mile for any customer in need.

Dan Neal

General Manager – Commercial & Residential

Oversees all job sites and field staff to ensure all equipment is code compliant, installed safely, and in a professional manner that represents the core values of the company. Being a licensed elevator mechanic himself, he provides the technical expertise to assist and guide customers through complex site issues to identify the best solutions. Dan offers technical support in identifying complex site issues on modernization and installation jobs to identify the best solutions for field staff. He ensures equipment is installed, modernized, serviced, and repaired correctly by field staff and within deadlines to ensure efficient use of resources.

Commercial Team

Kody Adams

Operations Manager

Develops company processes and procedures for the field staff to properly and efficiently install and modernize commercial elevator equipment. He provides oversight to the Project Manager for all commercial modernization projects. Kody is a state-certified Elevator Mechanic and assembles and installs electric or hydraulic freight or passenger elevators, escalators, material lifts, wheelchair lifts, etc. in accordance with developed field processes.

Tony Bianche

Service Account Manager

Tony works with our new service contract customers and oversees new repairs and modernization sales. He creates new and existing bids and proposals for service, repair, and modernization for our Commercial customers. He is your point of contact for customer relations for all commercial service accounts.

Vanessa Albano

Commercial Department Assistant

Schedules all commercial fieldwork, while ensuring tasks are completed timely and on budget. Vanessa collaborates with warehouse staff, field staff, and customers to schedule projects timely to meet customer needs.

Scheduling Manager

I am a native Spokanian. I have 3 beautiful children – two teenage boys and an older daughter! I am engaged and will get married in the summer of 2024. We love the outdoors, hiking, camping, traveling and any time on the lake kayaking or paddle boarding. Summer and fall are our favorite seasons and we make sure we get outside as much as possible before our long winters start!

After High School, I left and went to college at the University of North Dakota, in Grand Forks, where I ended up meeting my lovely wife. Chasing new opportunities both in life and career, we decided to take a gamble and move somewhere we’d never seen before and we couldn’t be happier. The PNW is our home and we like to get out and explore it every chance we get.
